I recently reconnected with Cheryl and was excited when I found out she is a certified life coach. In the past, I have tried therapy but never felt like it worked for me. It just felt like I was rehashing the same issues each week, but never moving past them. I really wanted to try coaching and asked Cheryl if she would take me on as a new client just for a few weeks so I could try it out. It was the best decision I’ve made this year! Cheryl is a natural and has a real gift for getting at the heart of whatever is on my mind. Working with her, I sometimes go off on a tangent and she really knows how to pull me back in and help me stay focused on whatever problem I’m trying to deal with. I appreciate this because I hate wasting my time. Working with Cheryl has honestly helped me help myself. She has given me simple tools that I can quickly use whenever I find myself unable to figure out what to do. I look forward to our sessions as a time when I can learn something new about myself and I always end our call with a new perspective and a plan for improving my life.

I am currently receiving life coaching with Cheryl. I have learned very much about my thoughts and feelings. I had no idea that I had the power to change my negative feelings and reactions to situations in my life. What I have learned is very useful to me and I've been trying to implement it daily. I enjoy my sessions and learning about myself. The tools I've been taught are simple and easy to use. I add to my happiness with my thoughts and not creating problems which take away from my inner peace. It's really too bad that we aren't taught the concepts in school when we are young so all of us can learn a better way to think when going through our lives.
